Rough cost of a compression test?

   Im after a rough cost of a compression test on my 02 vts, just wanna make sure the engine is all good and healthy before i spunk more penny's on her bhp!!! Cheers Chris.

   Best bet it to buy a kit yourself tbh. then you've got it for future use

   ebay about £10,ideal for DIY use. we charge £20 to do a compression test, covers time to do it and cost of tester (a fair bit more then £10 lol)

   Cheers for the feedback lads, one question though where it says about turning the engine over do you do this by hand or via the ignition? Thanks
