hazards coming on

   when i close the door on my car or open it or open or close the boot the hazards are coming on and staying on for about 30 secs anybody no what it could be?

   could be a faulty alarm and someone has disconnected the alarm speaker, the alarms on vts' are common to fail

   i would go with above mines was doing something similar i removed the alarm unit
