I have a mk2 VTR, and have discovered a crack in the middle silencer today. I guess I could bodge it with exhaust putty but having to navigate speed bumps every day will probably make the repair redundant rather quickly.
I am looking for a second hand replacement really. Silencer or 'straight through' as the market seems to be flooded with them!
Will a straight through from a mk1 fit, as I know there is a difference with the cat location (mine in the manifold, mk1's being underneath the car).
So yes, a little bit of expertise help really! I know its going to do naff all for performance, but here is where the relevant knowledge base is located!
