A full body respray would cost more than your saxo, not worth it imo...is it that bad the the car requires a full respray?

if you have a few marks why dont you buy some touch up paint n try and do it yourself?
but on the other hand if you have loads then i dunno

Easily 1000+ I'm in the process of preping mine for a can spray job won't be the best but it will look better than it does at the mo I've scratches everywhere

i did a design on my bonnet with cans and it came out bollox, wouldnt bother, can tell miles away its a can job cos of the patches it leaves, now im having my bonnet carbon wrapped to cover it over

Prob just cus you did a design as airbrushed designs have speciallist nozzles that spray cans don't so the finish is different. Doing a design with cans would leave an uneven surface. If you are painting all one colour you can get pretty decent results if you sand it properly then spray thin even coats until it's covered then do a couple of layers slightly thicker. If you warm the cans up in warm water before hand they spray alot better to. Once the cars been drying for a few days you can purchase some rubbing compund and buff the shit out of it and laquer if needed.
If you take your time doing it you can up with some very pleasing results just depends on how much effort you're willing to put in

no matter how much time you take prepping and painting with cans you will always tell its cans when done over a large area

flat surfaces like bonnet and roof are easy, its all the panels that you need to use a heat gun on that are hard, i know because i do it in work

My whole roof has faded colour, ive got a new boot lid on which isnt a colour match, and i want my bumpers, bump strips, mirrors & door handles colour coded anyway soo seems a good idea to get a full respray so everything is matched!

I would just get the roof resprayed and hunt for a new boot lid in your colour- theres a few selling on this forum.
