Important! : Keypad won't work - help!!!

   I know it's the wrong section but I need a urgent reply and help.
   
   Come out to the car and put the code in and the red and green light stayed on and it won't start.
   
   I've jus disconeected the battery to see if that'll reset it?
   
   Help me?

   The multi-plug in the engine bay probably has a bad connection.
   
   
   Remove it, clean it up with some WD40 and plug it back in. Then try it.
   
   If it still doesn't work, have somebody wiggle the plug around as you keep an eye on the light.
