Maybe I'm missing something here. But unplugging the immobiliser without the engine running locks the ECU... Does it not.

i lost my key/fob for my "03" saxo 1.1.ive taken a full lock set,off an "r" reg car.ignition plugs etc colour coded, but when plugged in,dont do what they should,(engine turns over on position 2).my brother is a bit of a wizard with electrics, and reckons he can easily sort ignition wiring.i still have the problem of the chipped key.is there any way of "bypassing" the key reader ? i dont care about the car not being as secure.many thaks,if you can help, dav drummey, rhyl, north wales. iwantbbws@hotmail.com
