    Im out of ideas for the colour for a respray, Was planning on getting it done next year but I just got a offer I couldn't refuse

    Please post your ideas on the best colours that would suit a Saxo..

    My idea was Focus ST orange.. Any others?

    Lamborghini yellow? Sundance is the 106 lot, don't want to completely copy them.. People will think I have a fake 106 lol.. Good shout on wicked red, but not sure if I will like it

    ERRRGGHH, my mate has a Focus in that stupid ugly repulsive green colour, fuck me I want to crash into it sometimes lol, would never suit a small Saxo anyway Feeling the frozen grey alot

    Black is too hard to maintain, the swirl marks are terrible! Wanted something to stand out as well

    Not too sure on the creamy colour, wouldn't want it to be pale

    If you get the proper st orange it costs a bomb. It needs 11 layers of different paints to get the colour

    Its common knowledge that black is the best colour saxo closley followed by wiked red.

    However, i really like a good condition mk1 green saxo and the gun metal ones which are quite rare.

    i hate it when people slate black vtr's-they look cool in my opinion,but there you go.trying to get a picture up of mine again,its onyx black & looks lovely when its a nice day.They're not a pain to keep clean as some people say

    Didn't want it to look the same as yours Wanted to be different, I would love for it to be white but it would get dirty too easy IMO.

    Gunmetal grey is a contender, Mango is a no, wanted either orange or yellow, not the mix =D

    EDIT: The car I got off google has Sax-P stickers on?! Who's is it?

    audi white vts with white wheels, thats the best colour for a saxo imo, theres a vts in stoke on trent near a garage and its white with white vts wheels, it looks absolutly mint.

    theres a really nice grey but cant remember what car its on..
    depends what route youre going down
    euro- you need earthy sort of colours, creams, browns etc.
    stand out styley - lairy colours like st orange
    i dont think saxos look right in that colour tbh or the rs green, but i prefer the calmer colours

    Not going any style tbh, just my own mix TD 1.2 alloys, Respray, 16v, Supercharge

    Saying that my sister has a Gunmetal Grey Beetle and that looks okay, just thinking what it would look like on a Saxo, didn't Lee_VTR1 have it on his old VTR?

    Looks like its Frozen Grey, same as what the BMW M Series has then, not got enough money to go 11 layers of paint for the ST Colour, although it would look great the way I want it, its simply out of my price range.

    Warning- Do not get focus ST orange. Someone keyed my drivers door down to the metal. Loads and loads of bodyshops refused to do it as they couldn't guarentee a colour match because of the metallic/pearlescent paint ford used. Even ford won't make touch up pens for it!!

    I must admit, it's still the best colour for me by a long shot. Second choice was frozen white, sometimes i wish i'd picked that instead! lol btw.... The new rs green and Ford's new 'electric white' are all the same sort of paint so stay clear of those aswell lol

    Been looking more into the BMW colour codes, found out that Frozen Grey is the matte finish, I wanted more of a shine, so I have finally chosen BMW Space Grey as my choice, but I cannot find the code for this, anyone help? Pleaaaase

    I always used to love black but now i prefer the mangos i think

    Just more eye catching and theres so many modded black saxos out there these days.

    The only way to do it these days is a custom paint job tbh...

    Ford electric orange is pure jizzzzzz
    Will get my car resprayed that colour some day... fuck if it gets keyed its worth it lol

    You bastard! You stole my long-term idea! Haha no worries though, its a lush colour and would look amazing, especially on a black-orange theme, i.e. black wheels etc
