Bump Strips

  1. #1
I am tired of my bump strips, they are constantly faded and i've had enough so I want to spray them..

The problem is, i'm stuck on what to do? The car is black so what colour should I go? At the moment everything is black bar the standard R alloys and the interior vents/center console..

    Ideas?

The previous owner ruined them the plastic has turned all skanky so the texture has been removed so I want to just get them sorted out it makes the car look shite!

Spray them satin black, its identical to the normal bumpstrip black colour.

Have you tried Autoglym bumper care? Mine was terribly faded and autoglym worked a treat.

( i appreciate this may not be helpful ) You can get some sort of die for it. Not sure what its called but my mate used it on his 309 and it worked a treat + it last without fading again

well satin makes it look standard, not dull lol yes its not shiny but still makes it nice and dark, 100x better than faded strips lol gloss is much shinier what you'd expect a black saxo to look like, much harder to get a good finish but imo looks a lot better, but some people like the oem look
