I did my c2 and brother did his Astra with 3M Dinoc Carbon

    sorry same picture :/

As said above, the 3M stuff is just about the only decent 'fake' carbon fibre around, well worth investing in a bigger sheet and having some spare to do little interior details etc.

it is when you heat it up using a heat gun
  17. #17
iv heard alot about this, how do u actually do it? is it easy to do?
  18. #18
its not easy at all, im a graphic designer and i use this all the time, its a 2man job and why do you think companys charge £100 to £150 to do bonnets????
  19. #19
you can do it by yourself but not easy ..

You defo need some experienced person to lead you
and a heatgun for the corners, i use 3m primer for some corners..

    Im lovin it

o yh it can defo be done but like i said its a 2man job and a heat gun is needed, but if you stretch it to much you get little white bits showing
  21. #21
not a 2 man job at all, i do quite abit in work and only once needed help
  22. #22
    must be talented
  23. #23
    its easy to do alone
  24. #24
i didnt say it cant be done, just said its alot easier with 2 people
  25. #25
also it is dull, but you could always spray it with clear coat to give it a gloss finish
  26. #26
ı suppose, i can do the bonnet and roof by myself but help would be great

Starting little parts to sort it out is the key
