Tow Bar Bracket

   Hi peeps my saxo had a tow bar fitted to it when i bought it but it looks to me like its welded on and not bolted on? strange lol, so how would i get it off and seal it or whatever so it won't rust?

   grinder then just use some hemmerite or sealer to stop the rust
