how loud are 1.1 engines :(

   my 1.1 engine is really loud, and not ina good way! sounds kinda shit..
   
   is there anything obvious i could do that may stop to loud noises ? sounds stupid i kno coz theres probably nothing you can do

   if it sounds like a drag car then the exhaust needs reconnecting/replacing

   ticking? like some kinda bicycle sound??? my 1.1 has a pretty good exhaust sound, BUT if you listen well on idle its makes a "tick tick tick" sound

   ermm well m8 its when its idle, like when i first start it, or pull up at lights, and parking etc.( <--look at me you would think i had a license)

    Mine does exactly the same, mine sounds like it has an induction kit on it but it does not, my exhaust is fine, but you might want to check over your engine, i did and i found that a few fings were snapped and cracked causing it to sound louder, not actuly sure wat it is though lol so its going to be hard to find another one lol
