Standard Pulleys?

   Took my head off other day at home and took it to work to clean it all up etc. Everyone who looked at it said 'looks like you have adjustable pulleys' as in the pic below. Now my question is is this standard on the 16v engines?

   while on subject, does anyone know if the cams are keyed?

   They are as standard on 16v's as tits are on a woman.
