VTS Gearbox

   I own a S reg VTR and was thinking of putting a new gearbox as myn is on the way out
   
   I have heard that it is beneficial to fit a vts or 106 gti gearbox for a faster 0 - 60 time
   
   also apparntly the 1.1 gear box is also better than a vtr gearbox
   
   im confused, which one should i go for
   
   (will the 1.1 gearbox hold back the top end speed )

   well you will lose top end speeds on both but will gain aceleration on both im not sure which 1 is best though

   either they are about the same ratios... both will hold back top end

   why would the vts hold back top speed and how much is it held back
   
   does it improve performance alot ???

   it will improve acceleration mate,but at the end of the day why do you need to go faster than 70mph
