ECU

   Hi lads and Ladies.
   
   I have a westcoast and im looking at changing my ECU, however i dont really know much about them. If i buy a new ECU can i just put it straight in or do i have to adjust certin things first? Also what is an unlocked ECU? Does it just mean its been re-mapped?
   And also what kind of differences can i expect from an unlocked ECU?

   an unlocked ECU is no different from a Locked one other than that its unclocked if you get me
   
   ie if i just unplugged my ECU from my car and put it in your it wouldnt work you would need to get it unlocked

   OHHH so its kinda like sim cards and phones lol, ok i get ya.
   If i changed it, do i have to change it for a saxo 1 or could i take one from a different car and would there be much point?
