I have recently upgraded my standard exhaust system to Kam Racing backbox with supersprint centre section and MK2 Raceland 4-1 manifold. The problem I have is the connection of middle section with the manifold. Supersprint has to be fitted to the manifold with 50mm wire gasket, but the mani just slightly covers the wire gasket and it looks like it has a smaller diameter than the 50mm and it allows the gases to leak out. The other issue is the exhaust bolts, which are a bit short, however I still managed to tightened them, but it was rather hard and as a result I squashed the wire gasket whilst fitting them. Has anyone had similar problem or could suggest something to sort out the leak? Many thanks in advance!
