02 plate gti, dials sticking, help needed ASAP

   Right, 2002 plate 106 gti,
   
   dials are sticking when ignition is switched off,
   
   oil pressure half way up,
   temp half way up,
   revs at 1k,
   speedo doesn't move,
   
   turned ignition on and off to see if it resets, doesn't work, disconected battery and doesn't work,
   
   What is it guys, help please asap

   Problem sorted, NOrmal French shit again,
   
   Disconected battery again and reset it
   
   French Sh*t

   Nah not goin now, gonna stay local mate
