ecu and transponder

   jut a quick one... getting a vtr engine, the ecu isnt unlocked but his supplying the key and transponder.... i take it this means ill have to fuck about with everythin to be able to use the one key?
   
   easier just to get it unlocked??... best place to get it unlocked?? and what sort of price am i looking at?

   if i get a vtr i can keep my cam, 4-2-1 mani and build onto that
   not really chasin bhp... as long as i can have fun init thats all iam worried about
