since cambelt change

   My engine whines every time I rev.. The harder I rev the louder the noise is.. Im just wondering if he has tighten it to much

   Yes, as above. Take it back. The belt is way to tight. If I were you I would not use them again if they can't even tension the belt correctly.

   It was the father in laws friend who did work for citreon for 10 years, but car just sounds horrible .so will send it back and tell him do it correctly

   mine's the same mate had it changed and got a whine took it back they slackened off but the noise still there as been since 3 mths now.

   i'd definatly get it checked out. if the cam belt actually snaps when your driving.... its not good

    did he change the pulleys and waterpump when he did the belt as bearings maybe facked
