Guys i have been to the garage and what has happened to my car is i was driving down the road and heard a bit of a snap and then the car was stuck in 2nd gear but it does drive tho but i can smell burning from the engine when i drive it right at the bottom but i have been to a mechanic but he has told me what is wrong with the car it needs a gear rod to the rubber buffer it is a vts engine in an ordinary registerd west coast but the car is driving lad's but is stuck in gear 2nd does anyone have any idea of how hard these are to fit how they cost. and what type of road i would need i am not sure about the gearbox as i do not know if it is a vts ro west coast gearbox.........
peculiar i know but that is my problem with the wee car but would be delighted if anyone could share a bit of knowledge on the subject....
