MOT headlight clamps

   just read through the MOT sticky and couldn't see it.
   
   One of my headlights has snapped on both clamps, so effectively just being held in by the bonnet. would it be sufficient to just secure it say with screws or something similar? really skint atm and haven't got the money to be forking out for a new set.

   as long as the light doesnt move and wobble up and down it should go through no problem i cable tied mine in passed no problems.

   where did you cable tie through if you remember? had a look and couldn't see any real good place to hold to. ta mate

   Don't forget the headlight aim has to be right to get through the MOT!
