Hi guys , Didnt want to drag up any old post , even though i could find what i wanted.
Id like to turn the max fuel up on my Bosch pumped 1997 saxo 1.5D, i sont see any adjustment on it at all.
Also i cant find the fuel filter nore where it should be (ie no mount holes ect), could it be in the tank?
Reason im asking is im running my car on Used cooking oil and have been told turning the max fuel would help some. Thanks in advance

Filter is right by the head is it not? Have you got a pic of your fuel pump?

Hm that's a new one to me. There is normally a anti tamper screw that you have to pick out the anti tamper junk to adjust it. If you get the pump model number it may shed some light on it.

Update .. I found the pump
I had to remove the battery and air filter housing today , its indeed atached to the engine at the rear of the right hand side, If i hadnt removed the battery and airfilter box i wouldnt have found it.
Still cant see a way of upping the max fuel

theres a thread on 306 forum about turning fuel up on both lucas and bosch pumps on 1.9td's but don't know if it'd be relevant to your pump, got to be worth a glance
