anyway take it its just a case of suplying a live earth and feed the signal through the floor to the contol box and is there anything to watch out for?

take it the legal side of things are basicly,
dont have them on on the public highway eg. roads
im aloud them on on my offroad driveway

basically they will be fine on private property but illegal turned on whilst on the roads.

Either way they always look crap, your car is not from the fast and the furious.

and from what i was talking to copper about he wouldn;t be able to do you for impressionating a copper either cos there ain;t such a thing(technically) but they can be a proper pain in the arse.
so pretty sure long as your not driving round with them its fine

There are regulations on this. Im pretty shure blue lights are not allowed, white lights must only been seen on the front of the car. Red can only be seen on the rear. Orange is fine i think. No actual bulb must be on show only the glow so i think some colours are ok to drive with.

yea this is right altho u can drive with say a blue sidelight. but if u get pulled nothing they can really do except make things difficult.

it was on a traffic cops thing some bloke driving round in a small transit van stickered up to look like ambulance complete with flashy lights, but didn;t do him for it as lights weren;t on when they arrived or something, think its a grey area
