Just like many people who own a Mk1 Saxo instead of having a rev counter in its place is a huge clock
. And after a couple of months ive decided that enough is enough and im going to fit a rev counter in the clocks place. My plan is to go to my local scrappy and get a dial set from another saxo with a rev counter then switch the dials .Ive heard of some people attempting to do this before but none updating to say if the transplant was a success.
The only problem as far as i can see is how is the rev counter going to work. Assuming that because my car never had a rev counter, im thinking that it probably was never meant to have one and therefore not having the capability of running a rev counter.
If this is true, is there any other modifications that i will have to do to make the rev counter work.
Thanks
