   is it wise to get these and fit them myself ? i have okish mechanicing skills i changed an injection pump on a 306 td before. i have looked around on the site but i cannot find a how to guide
   
   any help or advice peeps.

   they are just regrinds. def not worth the £250 buy it now price.

   i know but if i got them for 100 maybe worth it not sure tho i should of bought the kent cams other day for 150 but i got back late from work and they had gone

   but they arent that hard to fit if you decide to get them.
