   Have been looking into getting this done for a while... Wanted to see what you guys reckon on it? I've seen you can buy the chequerd vinyl off eBay so was just wondering what your opinions are?!

   personally i like them . . . BUT the car has to have the right stance / appearance for any kind of roof job to happen imo!

   yeah. but dont get a white and black one on your roof. looks silly tbh. i want it done to mine, matt black squares like above.

    i got quote for 45-50quid to get a roof done. that a good price??? i want something different tho so in 2 minds about it. might get black cross hatch instead.

    I think they look best on a rally style or rat car saw a nice one on a nova

    i agree with what people are saying,it only looks good on the right sort of cars
    theres a few cars with it done near my house(a yellow vw lupo and a yellow fiesta"new shape")

    Agreed with it only looks good on certain cars, but dont see why a saxo couldnt be one of them cars.? Seen many do them and dont look bad at all.In saying this since asking this question a week back now ive seen so many chequred roofs , ive grown off the idea and im looking more towards vinyl wrap.. More subtle.
