revs wont drop while shifting

Got a problem for some time now; when i shift gear and i release the throttle and press in the clutch. with the clutch pressed in the revs wont drop down immediately but stay on same amount. after 1 second the revs drop down.

Got a 1.4(TU3JP) with a kentcam pt40 cam and a vtr inlet witr vtr throttle body. Things i've checked so far:
-Everything is connected the right way:

    -Everything is air thight.
    -TB & inlet are cleaned
-ICV cleaned and is working properly
    -TPS is working properly
    -Throttle cable isn's sticky
    -Coolant sensor is working properly

What could be wrong? something in the ECU maby?

"They all do that sir". Annoying isn't it? I only feel it when going quickly through the gears though. If it's hanging into the revs really badly you may have an air leak on the inlet side after the throttle body.
