it coming from the head, it a common thing on TU engines to leak oil there, can be a sign of head gasket failure but not always, think mine is leak from there aswell, it either there or the sump on mine

Infamous head gasket oil leak - most Saxos have it, just keep an eye on the oil level. Don't know how it's worked its way up the head though. Could be leaking and running down from the corner of the rocker cover?

could also be cam seal weeping

    Good point.

Take the top of the cam belt cover off and see if there's oil behind there - it's just two bolts.

More than likely the oil galleryin the HG which has rubber around it has disintegrated and so oil is leaking. Common on the TU HGs
