how to get the seatbelt off the rear door panel?

   so stripping my whole interior out today, just took off the rear panel but had to bring the whole of front seat belts with it, now how to i get them off to put on the new door panels i got?

   undo the bolt at the bottom of the door and the one on the door pillar then feed it through

   ive undone both the bolts but and took the door panel off, but theres no way itll feed through? theres a block one end and the clipping thing the other of the seat belt so its trapped in the door panel

   now does anyone know how to slack the belts? as got all new ones on, but wont reach the top bolt, need to let it reel out a bit so it will reach but it seems jammed, have i fucked them up?

   hold one end in one hand and the other in the the other hand and gently pull you might have to move the big bit where it reels into about if you know what i mean if you struggling pm me ya mobile

   put the top bolt in first and gentally pull it down , how you manage to get it out of door card ???

   All i did was push the belt clipping thing through the door card hole, nd etc with the rest, couldn't undo the black circle- but it all threaded through?
