sunroof winder querie

   Can anyone tell me how the sunroof winder-thing(sorry),comes off? My dads 1.1's sun-roof winder is rattling about & seems loose. He took the torx screw out but didnt manage to get the winder free from that housing. how does it come off?just pull??didnt want to break it,until Id asked here 1st

   I think there ment to be slightly lose, mine's the sam and did the same as you tried tightening but it wouldn't tighten
