drivers side fog

    my newlwy purchased vtr has a fog missing and before i get a new one i checked is the bumper ok and i noticed that clip type thing that hold the fog underneath is missing or snapped off.. will a fog still hold or will it fall off??

    is there any other way to secure it proper
