NEED HELP!, engine mount at the back of the 1.4 citroen xsara engine.

   i recently bought a citroen xsara 1.4 engine for my saxo as i was doing an engine conversion from a 1.0L (954cc) to a 1.4L, the mount at the back of the engine just at the side of the exhaust where it connects underneath the engine is different to the 1.4 engines mount, on the 1.4 the mount is on the left hand side not the right hand side which has buggered my progress in fitting it as i need it on the right hand side, is there any chance of getting around this problem at all by any chance?

   Can you not swap mounts over? I would have thought the engine mount bolts onto the same place on both engines but sounds like the shape/size of the actual mount differs?
