I can't remember if the brake unions are 10mm or 11mm - but I use a 10mm/11mm spanner and it seems to fit them all.

Nipple wise to bleed the brakes, it's an 8mm Hex. I crack the nipples off with a socket and ratchet, then use a spanner to tighten them back up/loosen them for bleeding.

To conclude, none of the above will fit the nipples by the look of things. you want an 8mm spanner, or an 8mm 3/8's socket or 8mm 1/4" socket

Sorry, didn't realise 8x10mm meant one end is 8mm and the other is 10mm.

I find it odd to have a spanner with metric on one end and imperial on the other hence not realising this.

    Aye.

Unions and MC fixings are 11mm

Front bleed nipples for VTS calipers are 10mm

    266mm and 283mm bleed nipples are 8mm

Rear drums on mine were 8mm

To be quite honest you only need a 11mm brake line spanner as all the rest you can get a normal ring spanner over
