I'd try and go Citroen for driveshafts - not the cheapest but seem to be the best quality in terms of life
  3. #3
I would of said GKN, but as above the best ones are O.E ones. All others seem to be shite.

I didn't know anybody but citroen made oe spec driveshafts for the saxo. Who does and why?
  5. #5
there are a lot of oe spec parts out there for cars that aren't sold by the car manufacturer.

It's just the way it is.

mate-just goto europarts. they're fine.never had any probs wi mine

Presumably he races a saxo so wants the best/most reliable shaft.

I can 100% say there is a difference in quality between cheap and citroen oem shafts

Try your local scrappy or if no luck there then try these guys for cheap Citroen Car Parts.

My mate snapped so many driveshafts in his 1.1 forte, think he went through 5 or 6 in the 18 month he had it. As to where to get them from, he went down to the local scrapyard

if he's going through 5 or 6 shafts in 18months,he's either got to be driving like a knob or has no respect for his motor

get q-drive which is near o.e quality. Im ordering mine very soon from eurocarparts and its not to expensive. but i do have a very good discount scheme with them
