Hi, sounds like a track rod end ball joint.

Jack up the front of the car and have someone move the steering wheel while you hold the wheel and look for movement in the suspension joints.

bob it aint cos i had a new track rod end and ball joints on mine, and also a drop link, i spoke to my mate tom at citroen and he said pretty much most of them do that when n full lock

i found it was the joint here ^^ but its really hard to do up lol i had to cut a grove into the top of the bolt then get a flat headed screwdriver and a 18mm spanner =)

mines been doing this for over 12 months and has gone through two mot's.

I have had mine in to two very reputable garages and neither can find the fault.

I have changed everything including springs, top mounts, drive shafts, drop links, lower arms, and track rod's.

I think i am just going to live with it despite it been very annoying.

It sounds like it could be the CV boot

Or it could be the brass bolt on the suspension leg needs tightening up..... its under the rubber gaitor on the suspension leg but requires a special tool the tighten without rounding it off easily

    sounds like the cv joint

mine sounds really bad when i steer, its sooo anoying but its not the driveshafts ect, i found out the problem the other day a mate's saxo did it, the anti roll bar bushes! mine will be done soon so hopefullt peace at last, well i juist turn music up so i dont notice it well just accept it and ignore it!

cv boot just makes the steering shake well unless theres no grease left in it

Thats false for a start, it only makes a knocking noise, an unbalanced wheel causes steering shudder.....

As for bushes i would advise getting them replaced rather than leaving them. the fact it could fail at any moment and cause a serious accident would be the first thing i'd be thinking about......
