   i would love a set of these bad boys. think it would look great with my mango. in gloss black. mmmmmmmmmmm lol got bored so im in the middle of spraying my spare now. white centre and gloss black trim bit. lol what bordem does to people.

   don't get them done by banded steels, they are a rip off, theres a guy not far from me, advertises on ebay that does them for around £200 a set

    how much are the tyres for these? imagen they are quite hard to get hold of. or are they just normal ones stretched?

    Don't use wellers there not rated for such a heavy car! Dont use rallye wheels as i only know of one bloke over in holland that can band the metal there made from. U can use 15" spares or 14's etc of base models. Berlingo van wheels are normally the cheapest as there the widest to start with. But if u want a bigger dish try to find the skinest (sp) wheel u can, with the highest offset that fits, then u can get the widest possible wheels fitted and the biggest dish.
    Tyres are just normal tyres stretched to locate on the beading of a wider wheel, hence the name "stretched tyres"! Banded wheels is not a new thing been done for over 40 years or so. If ur after a cheap set ring round people to do with oval circiut racing they'll often make u up a set cheap!

    christvtr1990 (i think it is) guy with the euro/cleaned posi blue sax, was at fcs, he's selling his banded steels, a very nice set, i was meant to be buying and he let me down, but i believe he is now selling them again, give him a PM mate, probs be easier and cheaper than getting your own set made up
