Which First?

    Why make your 1.1 look like a VT* when there are barely any decent kitted 1.1s about.

    go for the vt kit and try to mould the arches to the body, golf style, you'll have more a than decent vt look like! i'm doing it too

    will have pics when i take it from the body workshop by the end of april. there's a thread dealing bout vt* kits, there's some nice pics, you can have a better idea, anyways its sexy!

    i'd lower it first mate then save up for the vt kit and do that after lowering it

    i could lower it more if i got kit first though couldnt i? because arches get cut back when VT kit is fitted? allowing me to go lower?

    Fit the kit before you lower it! ull start to shred the outside of your tyres on the lip of your rear arches if you lower it first

    if you sort your arches when you get it lowered then it wont make much difference

    how low are you wanting to go anyway mate?

    am thinking 40mm front and 60mm rear, but im not sure yet, had a quote of £100 for front cobra setup, but need to find sm1 2 do my rear still

    does anybody have a similar cobra setup? or any can anybody reccommend any decent springs for a 1.1

    should go first for wheels man
    if you don't have them yet
    otherwise you should get the kit

    try aurora motorsport up on kingstown mate go in and ask for nick hes lowered loads of french cars at the moment so he'll be able to sort your torsion bar tell him ste with the blue saxo sent you

    if you read the news and star last week you'll have seen the mini that got best of show at donny they did that,i can 100% recommend them nicks done loads of work on my car and its in there at the moment getting some bodywork done

    cool i will go down there tomorrow to check it out, need some other quotes aswell, so ill see if theyll knock a bit off if a get a load of stuff done there!
