#4magnex baby yeah.
-
#5adsayer, do you have a magnex backbox on your saxo or know of people that have? whats the sound like?
-
#6I do dude. I chose the magnex for the same reasons you're asking. I didn't want an overly loud exhaust note or anything too metallic or 'pingy'. Depending on whether your running a catalytic converter or not will make the biggest difference. With a Cat on, the sound is slightly more 'roary' compared to standard. Over 4k rpm it's noticeable.
Without a Cat, it's noticeably louder at idle and more pulse-y. Generally quieter than the average aftermarket backbox at normal toodling around but much more boomy at full throttle and high rpm.
