Back driver side wheel locks under braking

   Under braking the back driver side wheel of my vtr locks up for some reason. Any ideas y this would be? Surely the front wheels should lock up first under heavy braking?

   im not 100% but i think you can just adjust this so it doesnt brake too much on that wheel.....?
