#2surely if your on about buckets, you mean the pre tensioners
-
#4don't hold me to this, i'm not a massive saxo expert but on alot of cars where your seat belt clips into is a pre tensioner, in a crash a little explosion goes off inside this and pull the seatbelt tight around you

ok thanks and can i use the ones on my original seats or do i have to get some more -
#6are you going to use standard seatbelts with the buckets or harness's?
-
#7standard seat belts
-
#8well they can be bolted to bucket subframes, keeping them will keep the airbag light off
-
#9ok so i can just use the ones that are already on my seats?
-
#10yes you can, try not to disconnect the wire from them, will put the light on the dash
-
#11ok what if i disconnect the battery first them would it put it on
-
#12i don't know about saxo's but on 2 of my old fiestas even disconnecting the battery and then disconnecting and reconnecting the pre tensioners brought up the light on the dash
-
#13sometimes the light comes on some times it doesn't i took my seats out to feed all my wiring under my carpet it came, and then i took the seats out again for some reason and it went off then i fitted my new seats and it came back on again bit annoying really lol
-
#14same i swapped my interior and the light came on... and few weeks later took the battery off and conected again and it turned itself off
-
#15Disconnect the battery, leave 30 mins. Fit the seat and what not, re-connect battery, job's a good 'un.
