Rear axle bolt washer setup

   Just a quick question,
   
   I just got my rear axle back from refurb and I stupidly didn't take any notice of order and placement of the washers when I took it off
   
   
   
   
   
   I only have 6 of the large washers in the second picture, should I have 2 per bolt or do 2 of the bolts only need one?
   
   Help a brother out!
