Saxo Desire 1.1 Wont Start

   Hello,
   
   I have recently brought a saxo desire which wont start, it gets fuel and still sparks but it still wont start the engine turns over freely.
   
   The person who i brought it of said that all he did was put some petrol in and then pulled dout of the petrol station from there it bogged down and hasnt started up since!
   
   Does anyone have any ideas, maybe crankshaft sensor??

   has he put diesel in by mistake seeing as it happened as he came off the petrol station forecourt and it bogged down?

   u cant put deisel into a petrol, it wont fit, you only can put petrol in diesel

   No he definitely didn't put any diesel in the car any other ideas?
