Hiya, just bought myself a 2000 mk1 West Coast (canny cheap)
Having a problem with the accellerator and power loss.
Right, firstly it is a bit slw to start first thing, secondly you could be driving along at 30 in 3rd and it will suddenly loose power and start to decelerate while foot is still floored! however when you lift food off accellerator pedal then press back down it will suddenly spring back to life.
Anyone have any ideas? starting to loose faith in driving the car at all!
