Heat paint... Hoses?

   Bascially wanted to know if heat paint is useable on coolant hoses etc..?

   any paint on hoses will crack after time

   yeh i tried this on my mini it looked really nice but after a while it cracked and split one pipe but i dont know if the paint was the cause of the split wouldnt have thought it was for definate but i wouldnt risk it again. talk to marcusd he got some stuff for his engine which wraps around the pipes and looks nice to

   there is a paint that can be used for painting hoses. in the citroen saxo max power haynes manual does a section on them. All it states is that its from a company called ABC Design but im yet to find it on internet. maybe somebody can shine some light on it.

   that manual was made years ago so i doubt you'll find the company
   
   might be best thing to look in b&q or something for a paint that might work on hoses
