Every time i put my foot on the clutch, theres a squeaking/screaching sound. Clutch slips abit to when i put my foot down.
Is the clutch on the way out?

Yup, the screaching is the release bearing. It will probably look something like:
The slipping will be the clutch friction plate.
You'll need to get a replacement kit: bearing, pressure plate and friction plate.
If you feel up to it, there is a step by step guido in the Premium Members Articles Section.

Gr8,
You really need to be extra careful when putting the gearbox back in as the release bearing can pop off really easily.
