This baffles me...

   I have a 1.1 east coast
   TBH, it's a heap atm.
   
   I blew the ignition barrel a few weeks ago and replaced it
   Now I run my car with a pugeot 106 key and have to use my old key to by-pass the immobiliser.
   
   What is making me confused is that everything works, except for the heated rear window and the blower.
   
   Any ideas what's going on there?

   i have no idea best thing get a new barrel or scrap one n change the locks so u hae 1 key

   fuses. thats normally number 1 place to look? even my mother knows that hahaha!

   Fuse, and then if thats fine its a bad connection on a contact on the ignition barrel. So you have to bypass it.

   I bought an ignition kit, it comes with the barrel, locks, boot lock and 2 new keys... £161 from citroen O.o
   
   That's now sat under my desk, gathering dust, cause it costs another £65 to get the damn keys scanned...
   
   It's just a f**k about that shouldn't have to be done!
   
   It's not too bad now that it's summer... though it is nice to be able to go on a motorway with the blower on cold... not sticking my head out the window to cool off
