quick question

   I think this is the wrong forum to post this on, but was just wondering i was on a road in birmingham last night driving towards a gatso speed camera, and it came out of no where didn't notice it and was doing 40mph and its a 30mph and it flashed me twice but i was wondering can they prosecute for flashing on coming traffic there was white lines on both sides of the road i have looked all online and i do not know what to believe that it can be prosecuted or not. thanks in advance.

   if it flashed you then chin up but if its on the otherside of the road might have done sum1 else

   There was no traffic coming in the opposite direction there was just me and a mate in another car right behind me. :/
