Broken Down Need advice.

    Recently my car has been cutting out under breaking and burning a lot of oil, i looked after my car service it every 3-4k so it normally runs spot on.
    Today driving to work exhuast started banging loudly, loads and the car wont go above 10mph without cutting out, all my warning lights are on and the car is not doing anything. I called the RAC and just waiting !! i would disconnect the battery however i drive on motorways to work and im not risking it cutting out!!

    any ideas sound a biggy??

    your coil pack just gave up maybe ?

    dont no, its not good, car is still banging and shaking heavily

    The RAC is on its way, I suppose he'll sort you out. I'd sniff around the coil pack and spark plug mate..

    You didn't put any diesel in there?

    no not put diesel in, only use v power but it was then it started cutting out!!! so not sure, the warning lights are still on... so who knows

    Doesn't sound good mate

    Sounds like some sort of sensor is shagged/given up the ghost.

    Does it run? Engine just shakes?

    What's your crank position sensor like? All engine sensors look okay?

    mate think the saxo is given up its ghost... just hope it can be fixed.

    car would not do anything, just banging and shacking heavily... not sure what is going to happen
