A tight belt will make a whizzing noise which will get faster with engine speed - it does not matter if your accelerating or not.

If the noise changes under engine load then it could be someting else.

When parked and rev the engine the whining or whizing nosie is there and high up the rev the louder the noise Is.. But when driving the faster I go the louder it becomes but also its mainly loud in first or second gear

Could well be the aux belt that has been overtightened.

more than likely an overtightened cambelt if it wasn't doing it before
is it like a whizzing sound almost, gets higher pitched with the engine revving?

aux belt would be first thing to get checked. just take it back to who changed it and tell them to sort it. unless it was me who fitted it then...f*** off hehe

i have fitted a few saxo cambelts, and whenever they whine after being tensioned any adjustments to the belt tension didnt make any difference although an overtight belt will whine lol, saxos are weird
