Bloody radiator!!, drive for 1 hour max or half hour stuck in traffic and i've had it. Steam pouring out the bonnet and red liquid leaking out the bottom. Red light on thermostat comes on all the time, even though i fill it up pretty much every time i go out, when i get back looks as though it's gotten so hot it's all evapourated and is pretty much empty. Think either the fan is broken or i have a hole. Any ideas for a quick fix untill i can afford to get it repaired??

#2no quick fix need to get it sorted properly otherwise you will end up with engine damage
get it checked out by a mechanic might only be something simple -
#3Head gasket?

#5yep sorry lol XD
it could be though but could be a leak.
On a serious note, take it to a garage. They can give you a quote and tell you what it is. Then you can personally decide if you want it fixing there and then. -
#6Air lock?
Have you bled the pipes when filling with water?????????? -
#7Get it fixed, or melt the engine and face higher repair bill.
