Quick guide off the top of my head.

    step 1.
    remove battery (x1 8mm)

    step 2.
Jack car up axel stands both sides high as you can.

    step3
take both front wheels off (19mm)

    step4.
undo drain plug at front of gearbox ......get tray to hold oil as it drains out , once it stops put drain plug back in (drain plug key needed)

    step5.
undo passanger side driveshaft nut (30mm)

    step6.
undo either side's wishbone bolts and remove from wishbone (x2 17mm)

    step7.
undo driverside driveshaft bearing (x2 11mm nuts)

    step8.
pop leg off passangerside wishbone remove driveshaft (i use a crow bar to pop the wishbone)

    step9.
pop leg off drivers side wishbone but just slide driveshaf out of gearbox no need to remove saves time. (used crow bar once again.

    step10.
remove gearlinkage there on ball joints so just pop off (get a big screwdriver behind them)

    step11.
remove flywheel shit guard (x1 13mm nut and x1 10mm spring nut)

    step 12.
remove airbox or induction kit (easy no need to explain)

    step 13.
undo battery tray and remove (x3 10mm)

    step 14.
remove clutch cable (just pops off)

    step 15.
undo earth strap at back of box (x1 13mm)

    step 16.
    unclip all plugs on gearbox.

    step 17.
unbolt starter motor (x3 13mm bolts)

    step 18.
    underneath remove rear roll restrictor/mount (x2 16mm)

    step 19.
place jack with a block of wood under engine sump raise till its just touching the sump (do not jack up any further)

    step 20.
remove gearbox mount witch was under battery tray (x1 18mm x2 13mm) the engine and gearbow will now drop onto the jack shuldnt really move much at all.

    step 21.
remove the last four bolts that hold the gearbox to the engine (x4 8mm alankey).

    step 22.
now slowley lower the jack utill the gearbox is about 6 inches off the ground (the engine will lower with it.

    step 23.
now just grab the gearbox and wiggle the fucker off job done

from scratch 4 hours out and new one back in your probly looking at 8 hours first time of doing it.

That seams abit expensive since I was quoted the same price for getting a new clutch which involves the same work you are getting done plus more.
